To Book Your Party:

Please confirm a date and time of your party by completing the below party agreement form. Once completed, please submit this form to CCKC. Party is not confirmed until you hear directly from CCKC. At that time, CCKC will record your credit card information. Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

Provide CCKC with a final guest count 7 days before the party. This final guest count will be used to determine your final bill. If more children attend the party, the guest count will be changed accordingly. If less children attend the party, you will still be charged your final guarantee.
